This is a handmade 8-plait rawhide pencil bosal with natural-colored braided cheeks, a black braided nosebutton, and a matching black heel knot. Its narrow profile provides a lighter, more refined signal than a thicker bosal and is commonly used on a finished or advancing horse, including in a two-rein setup.
