This is an ornate high-port curb bit with long swept shanks, a copper roller and an engraved silver overlay. The long shanks create substantial leverage, while the high port provides tongue relief and adds palate pressure when the reins are engaged. The engraved slobber bar stabilizes the shanks and completes the decorative design. Best suited to a finished, responsive horse and an experienced rider with light hands.
